Location is excellent, just steps from the beach. The happy hour with wine and cheese was a nice touch. Room cleanliness could use some improvement. Our bathroom felt dated and had some maintenance issues.

Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. The happy hour with wine and cheese was a nice touch. Room was clean, but I heard noise from the hallway. Parking was free, which is great for the area.

Superb staff, superb service with a swift check-in experience that was incredibly helpful after our flight delay and amazing recommendations for local restaurants to enjoy.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Great rooms with lots of space for everyone. The breakfast selection is solid, and the staff is always ready to help.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it.

Check-in wasn’t until 5 PM, which was fine, but finding our room over 90 degrees was a surprise. The location is perfect—close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was substantial and appreciated. The staff was welcoming and helpful, even finding a room early for friends. a cleaning mishap left our door wide open upon return, and noise from outside made it hard to relax. Some maintenance issues in the bathroom needed addressing, and I struggled with a constant hum in the night. Still, the free parking was a definite plus.

Great beach access and free parking. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The location is unbeatable, just a stroll away from the beach and amazing restaurants. The breakfast spread is fantastic with fresh blueberries and delicious GF options. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Couldn't recommend more! 💖🌊

I was thrilled with the amazing waterfront access, being just steps from the beautiful harbor, where I could enjoy long strolls along the water, and also found a main street lined with diverse restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, making it easy to explore and experience the local flavors. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony that offered fantastic views of the ocean, and the heated pool was a nice extra touch. the air conditioner could use some improvement as it struggled to cool the room effectively.

The breakfast offers a solid spread that keeps you coming back for more. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home while the pool is a hit for kids.
The unheated pool was a letdown.

Beachside Inn offers a prime seafront location with easy access to nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Mireya in housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and responsive. The pool area was a delightful bonus, although the breakfast could use more variety. a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

Great match for a city trip in Santa Barbara with attractive and competitive value for money. Breakfast was really great.

Woke up at 4 am to what sounded like a power drill. It lasted all morning.

Had a jolly Christmas at this hotel! Comfy beds and hot water were a real treat, plus a warm and lovely pool right by the beach and marina. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and the location couldn't be better for exploring shops and restaurants on State Street. Staff were super friendly and location was a dream!
The breakfast setup with lots of single-use containers was a bit of a downside. Also, rooming near the pool in the bustling 100s could get a tad noisy.

Conveniently located near the pier, restaurants, and shopping. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. I appreciated the clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast offers variety but falls short in quality. They need to rotate the menu. The pool hours were misleading; swimming early meant chemicals. One room was too cold; the other was too warm. The reception staff lacked professionalism and helpfulness, which detracted from the experience. No view from our room added to the cramped feeling. While the atmosphere is welcoming and safe, attention to breakfast and staff training is crucial for improvement. A few adjustments would elevate this place significantly.

Had a great time by the beach and enjoyed the nice heated pool. The location was awesome - close to the harbor and within walking distance to attractions.
The free breakfast was disappointing with subpar coffee and microwaved food. Rooms were not soundproof, making it hard to relax.

The room was roomy and well-appointed, with a lovely balcony that offered a decent view of the marina, although the description may have led one to expect more ocean. The coffee machine worked perfectly, and I enjoyed a cup each morning. the shower had some quirks; the handles were counterintuitive, and there was a surprising odor in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough, and I slept well, despite initial concerns about noise from other guests. The air conditioning had issues, but the staff's friendliness made up for many shortcomings.

For our family trip, the gorgeous hotel in Santa Barbara was the perfect place to begin our Southern California adventure. Located close to the beach, it offered us a wonderful base to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy quality family time. The nearby play park and family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal choice for us.
My wife says that families with children could benefit from having more indoor activities available.

During our recent stay at the Beachside Inn, we had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and pier, offering a stunning view from our balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room faced some challenges. The decor felt outdated, and there was a noticeable old stain on the carpet. The sink also had a crack, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast options were limited, offering only a basic selection, and we found it disappointing that there was only coffee provided in the room, with no tea available. One positive aspect was the comfortable bed, which our friends greatly enjoyed. They also appreciated the free wine and cheese served during the evening happy hour. The noise levels were a bit bothersome due to thin walls, especially with a noisy guest in the room above us. The hotel did respond promptly to our noise complaint, which we appreciated. while the Beachside Inn has its charms, there are areas that could use improvement, such as updating the decor and providing a wider range of breakfast options. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and prime location make it a decent choice for those looking for a beachside getaway.

Our stay at a cozy inn in Santa Barbara was a total delight. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early, making our arrival hassle-free. The room, though small, was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, with the harbor and beach just a short walk away. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the park, providing a picturesque view. We were also impressed with the high-quality shampoo and conditioner provided in the room.
The disappointing breakfast experience. We understand the circumstances, but a bit more variety in the "grabs" could have been a nice touch.

Dining inspired by Guadalajara streets, exploring top attractions, modern Mexican cuisine, souvenir shopping, and themed Mexican street food. Cycling with fabulous ocean views in a mild climate made me pedal like a pro.
Enjoyed the fishy shower aroma, perfect touch for a refreshing morning.

We hit up the Santa Barbara Film Fest and ran into Brad Pitt! Then partied hard at the Funk Zone! The hotel is lit with a heated pool right by the beach!
Need a cool rooftop bar for epic sunset views and chill vibes! .

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast at Beachside. The variety and quality of food exceeded our expectations, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our 90-year-old fellow guest even serenaded us with a charming Irish tune, making for an unforgettable morning! The location and view from our balcony were fantastic, and despite some minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay overall. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
